No sports per se, but sportscaster Musburger is mentioned.....Even so, what
better way to disguise oneself?  Perhaps he's a rabid sports fan, and
unwilling to divulge that one very telling detail, even in his fiction.

Perhaps John Madden is actually the man. (???!!!)
