I've got a hunch they're all parodies, but the only one I'm 100%
sure of - and it took a couple of reading over the last decade or so 
to click - is in the Kenosha Kid episode, which starts: "Got a hardon 
in my fist,"and is, of course, "Bye Bye Blackbird". All together now....
