After graduating from Virginia, stayed in Charlottesville. Now
a Dean; occasionally teaches in the English dept.
Once taught GR to undergraduates who seemed to like it. (More
than half actually finished reading it through).They always
like Lot 49, mixed on V and VL.

On a Lacan jag, and has been for a while. Joyce, Kafka, Kathy
Aker, and Zizek to name a few Others. Glass, Sakamoto, Mekons for sounding
out.

Writing of course.  A "how to write" essay due out this sept in
U.S. News, that rigid designator of Theydom.
