dream

this morning i woke with fragments of a dream still in
my head as usual....
one part i remember, i was in a used book store (i guess that's what it
was)----and i didn't see any books, just walls with desks and white cabinets
and white walls with some scratches and blemishes which are usual to white--
        but anyhow i then noticed a small sign on one cabinet above the wall
tables (desks) that said like a-? here and ?-z there----so i then noticed
to open the cabinets and there were books----(the store was like a room,
much like a high school science room or lab or just school room with desks
and cabinets, white)
        so i wondered over to the P's----and to my astonishment there were
tons of Pynchon (10 or so, no GR's, no V's, no COL49's, etc)---they were all
orange and hardback-----differing in sizes but most looked around the
250-300 range and the spines had the titles with TP's name, some titles
long, some short, names, etc----i've been tryin to remember names all damn
morning----and the titles were black with that brail like feel except
inwardly.  So i fingered through a couple of them and that was about
it---and suggested to a friend to check them out and that they should read one--
        but i didnt buy anything cuz i think i was out of money or something
or not even thinkin about money or costs or anything just looking around---etc
