Yes, Pat Benatar did call one of her records _Gravity's Rainbow_, but 
probably just because she thought it a cool title (though I could be 
wrong, I haven't heard it and have no intention to do so ... it was, 
if I remember rightly, a 'come-back' record that went nowhere).

At least when Laurie Anderson sang "Gravity's Angel (for Pynchon)", 
one had the feeling she actually read the book.
