you heard wrong.  there is no, repeat, no way to spread a computer 
virus via e-mail messages.  On the other hand, if someone sends 
attached files or downloads files, then a virus can be spread.  
stories about such a "virus" typically called "Happy" or "Good Times" 
have circulated for years and are apocryphal.  There is a website all
