I was touched--no, profoundly moved--during the scene in which Helen Hunt
had to put her right hand on red.  The political implications of the move
(and its alternative interpretation with regard to traffic law) were not
lost on this viewer.  Of course, her performance pales beside those of Leni
Riefenstahl in her mountain films, adored by the exquistely refined Nazi
propagandists who directly inspired the unredeemably unrefined Stephen
Spielberg.
