An URL change for the Pynchon Notes pages

Please note that the Pynchon Notes Web pages now have a slightly
different URL.  The muhaxp server is going away, and we now have www in the
address, plus full .html extensions.  So, for the main page, the Url is now

http://www.ham.muohio.edu/~krafftjm/pynchon.html

Please update your bookmarks and links soon, before muhaxp disappears 
without a trace.  Thanks.
