Reagan/Clinton Mendacities

Oddly enough, this bit of Reagan lore-creation was likely the work of 
Michael Deaver,the Reagan press secretary (and for those looking for a 
Goebbels-a-like, look no further) who also designed the infamous 
"bitburg" event, where reagan visited a german graveyard with SS soldiers 
buried there...oops...
