...and when OUTRSPACIA says, "all" does he/she mean "all": the novel postulates 

three possible versions of reality, one in which the Axis powers won 
WWII, one in which the Allies won and created utopia, and one very 
much like our world... Exactly which one is the "real" world is a 
most uncertain question. Highly recommended.
