Bantam ed. of V - page conversions

Just thought I'd tell y'all that the Web-guide to _V._ now includes a
conversation table for that Bantam paperback edition that starts on page 1
instead of on page 9.

I kind of cobbled it together using a couple articles which gave both page
numbers in the cites, and Greg Daly supplied me with the Bantam page nos.
for each chapter's first page.

If anyone has the urge to fill in some of the gaps, I'd appreciate.
