I have a passing familiarity with Russell's Lydian Chromatic approach
(trained in the "white" side of things, as it were), but I don't recall him
(or any LC-trained player or arranger, of which I know more than a few) ever
using the phrase "minor fourth".
Perhaps it's just failing mammary o-or one 'a those Drug Flashbacks They've
been promising us all these years...
