According to to today's NYT there is a a bill in Congress that'd
make the use of encryption in the commission of a crime illegal.
Ha, Ha.

We on the p-list know that Entropy renders any control they have
as temporary.

Does entropy govern Middle Eastern politics? Is a suicide
bomber an agent of a "higher" order?

Another obvious example of the limits of control, eh?
