Sounds like IJ oughta mean Intra-Jugular, as in a very quick route of
entry for substance abuse. It would _not_ be something Don Gately would
favor. He eschewed (except in emergency) anything administered by needle--
like the plague. The "virus" had apparently not yet been tamed by The Year
of Dairy Products from the American Heartland.
I remember Sausalito as the operating venue for the famous Sally Stanford.
The big kids down on the Farm used to say this.
