Safe Sex is No Fun -- E. coli

I'm not a "medical type," but I do know that E. coli, while a normal 
resident of the lower gut, doesn't belong in the upper intestinal tract.  
When it gets there, nothing good happens.  Death is entirely plausible.  
That Pudding would refuse to take his antibiotics (well, 'neglect' to 
take them, for whatever reason) would serve to establish adequate 
conditions for his death.
