Heikki sez:

| "This is a novel that owes debts to other celebrators
| of the thickly textured life. Pynchon is its patron
| saint; as in his work, conspiracies end in futility."

| Roz Kaveney, review of _The Pope's Rhinozeros_,
| New Statesman & Society, 26 april 1996

This is Laurence Norfolk's new novel, right?

The most dead-on Pynchon parody I've ever read was the alphabetical
drinking game scene from Lempriere's Dictionary (not that this was
the only good thing about the book, but it was rather striking). I
can't wait to read the new one.
