In the UK it is out. I obtained a copy about 5 days ago. The first few
pages (which I read as a check before tightening my lifting belt
another notch and reverting to the Wallace magnum opus) are pretty
amazing e.g. re a glacier thawing as the ice age recedes quote A
thousand feet of ice floats in an inch of water unquote.
