	Who are these 2 or 3?  I am reading Malouf,  not very
pynchonesque but quite excellent.  I have been watching Peter
Carey's books battle for my attention.  I think I will read
_Illywacker_ or _The Unusual Life Of Tristan ... Smith?_  hmm.
