Requesting a Western

Anybody up for a modern interpretation of the Western? You can't go
wrong if you check out John Woo's impeccable "The Killer"-- Somewhat
Americanized Hong Kong two-gun assassin struggling with the death of
honor and the sense of becoming an "outmoded" character, something
     like the Peckinpah western.

Also, Bogdanovich's "Last Picture Show" provides some deeply affecting
discussion with Hawks' "Red River" and film in general. Very intense
     movie.

Hmmmm -- maybe, but I'm kind of partial to "Once Upon a Time in the West"
with Charles Bronson as a good (?) guy and Henry Fonda as the villain.
