	Do the initials of the author, Bert O. States, (disregarding, of course, the 
counter-hegemonic semantic emptiness of the universal Lacanian signifier, 
the--O--the aught or cipher which empties itself at the moment of its own 
already-always-approriated becoming) perhaps offer a clue to the answer you seek?
