mail lost, help!

My compuserve mail box has gone berserk, owing no doubt to the flame galore of
the past few days.
Some postings never made it through cyberspace to my suburbian (Paris area)
screen.
Among the missing, and  most regrettably,  Andrew's Discussion opener for GrGr4.
I'm sure some of you have kept it. Thanks for forwarding it to my private email.

Has anyone else had that kind of trouble recently, or should I consider changing
access providers?
