thanks davemarc

You know, I like to think of ole Tom as a kindof Loch Ness Monster, (blurry
photos, missing teeth - was it him or was it a log? kind of thing. ) I enjoy
the mystery, hell, romance of the elusive object.

The timing's funny though. New book coming out, stir up a bit of interest
and then whammy, the man not photographed in public for years turns up in
the New York Magazine with a bag full of bagels?

Call me sceptical, cynical, call me somebody who worked for a marketing
company once or call me naive but I prefer the written man in my imagination.

Anychance of ignoring copyright and making a copy available? (New York
Magazine doesn't circulate to my New-castle newsagent.)
Cheers
Grant,
(dragging myself from a long slumber)
