Dear foax

No sooner had I mumbled grumpily about our good friend Hartwin 
Gebhardt standing me up for lunch the other day, than the phone 
rings... I've just come from a most pleasant lunch with our friend 
who's recently changed from the University of Cape Town to the 
University of Zululand. He's having e-mail problems at the moment but 
sends his best wishes to all of us. And yes, he's actually a really 
nice person...
