A-and the Puritans, that nobly spiritual band, set themselves up as a
corporation in London and then tricked everyone by *bringing their charter
with them*, holding the annual meetings *in the New World*, and gradually
morphing it into *their government*.  Talk about "shit, money, and the
Word" right at the outset!

(By the way, what is this "Film at 11" that everyone's been promoting all
week?  I'm starting to look forward to it.)
