Not just a turning head but followed by *that look*. Reminds me of
another `look' in the Casino Herman Goering when Slothrop and Katje
catch each other's eye - a classic unfulfilled connection. The latter
is definitely an echo of Orpheus and Eurydice. What about all those
other ones?
