Lotta these hoaxs aren't evil. Lets not get More paranoid than we 
have to. This just looks like a few kids playing the race card to get 
some free publicity for a page. "Race card?" Yeah. A few more hits by 
mentioning African-American/D.C. Cynical, moi?
