Don't remember the Madonna video, but I do know that that's Udo Kier in the
role of the Bob-like (as in Twin Peaks Bob) Aage Krueger. Kier's been in
tons of movies, most memorably (for me) as the German john in _My Own
Private Idaho_.

BTW, as it stands, _The Kingdom_ isn't finished. Von Trier's supposed to go
back and shoot some more episodes. Can't wait.
