Everyman ed. of GR?

	Hello from a lurker on the list...does anyone here know what's
happened to the supposed Everyman's Library edition of Gravity's Rainbow
that was supposed to be released this month? I was thinking that the delay
was because they couldn't decide which photo of Pynchon to put on the
front of the dust jacket, but I thought someone else might have other
ideas.
