Sadly, the free-bike practice fizzled out in Amsterdam as those bikes were
stolen pretty soon. At least this is what people told me in a Dutch squad
some years ago.

But the Provos made some unquestionably successful practical jokes: they
attacked one Royal wedding etc. Could some Low-Landian (or Low-Landist, or
Provo connoisseur) tell us more, I've forgotten the details.
