Dos Equis Oscuro, but never at dawn. Negro Leon is another favorite. We
start the day here with a full cup of coffee from Coatepec, Veracruz, or
Oaxaca Pluma--made in an espresso machine and heavily laced with sugar
and cream. This morning my beautiful wife mixed both varieties.
