1)  TRP is a crusty anti-Semitic New Englander?  Did someone
mention HP Lovecraft?
2)  I headed my TRP homage with a quote from his intro to
SLOW LEARNER:  "Is history personal or statistical?"  Does this
not apply to literary history as well?
