I have no luck today. He *can't* check my resume. There's some problem
with the links. It began when I revised it to include a pointer to the
infamous Thomas Pynchon profile that just caused me to receive so much
heartwarming mail today. H. L. Mencken once wrote something like, you
can never go broke underestimating the intelligence of the American
public. I say, you can never underestimate the latent malice of the
Internet. Do you think that Tom *is* on-line and not only that he's
become a master hacker and put pixel goo in my resume? More likely that
I'm just inept. Poor Muscaro. Gets hit twice today by werewolf fangs and
the second time it isn't even his own fault.

Heartwarming, really. Gave folks a way to show their appreciation. Big
mistake, it seems. Undeserving. Bad resume, too.
