Yeah, yeah, I know you're joking.  But it's not hard for me to believe in
the feminist cause (and that portion of the NOW charter) because my
experience of it has been almost entirely positive and completely in
conformity with the concept of gender equality.  At times I'm *annoyed* or
even outraged by some feminists (such as Andrea Dworkin) but I won't let
such isolated cases undermine my enthusiasm for one of the most promising,
valid, and needed movements of this day.
