Recent list outage

Hello fellow p-listers,

Before you wonder again whatever happened to the list over the past few
days, here is the scoop from W.A.S.T.E. Management:

> The system experienced some unexpected internet link outage (40 hours,
> actually) due to some hardware problems at our service provider's site.
> I expect this to result in a few unnecessary bounced messages for some
> hard to deliver mail, but everything else should be back to normal
> now.  Mail times out after 3 days, so the messages should still be
> deliverable - it shouldn't be necessary for anyone to resend any mail.

Just another instance of the chaotic routing practices of W.A.S.T.E.
