You might want to check the archives at Andrew's site to see if he has the
last couple month's worth of discussion archived yet.  I know there was a
thread for awhile with suggestions on how to tackle GR for the first time.
Most of them were pretty damned good ideas and I wish I'd had them when I
first read GR.
