I think that this was brought up a couple or few months ago and there was
an informal agreement that for the first month or so that M&D is out that
any posts to the list regarding M&D would include the page number where
the relevent text is found, thus enabling anyone who hasn't yet read that
far to save those posts on their hard-drive for later retrieval.
