Yi Fu Tuan, a noted geographer..... I think he is still at UW-Madison.

(Richard's thang about f/s isn't too woowoo, but I've been trying to
find out if Chinese high-tech landuse planner types have a digitized
layer for the feng shui dragon lines within their GIS (geographic
information systems)....)
