Going Rate of M&D Advanced

After conditions of extreem panic, hair-loss, and the development of an
ulcer, I finally received my advanced readers copy of M&D, so I am unwilling
to consider the following, but I thought some of those in better health and
less concerned might be interested:

A fellow at my bookstore knows someone who knows someone (apparently) and has
informed my that his Rare-Book-Seller friend has priced his Advanced copy of
M&D at 100$.  I don't know if that will go up or down after the official
release of M&D (frankly, I'm not concerned), but those of you looking to sell
or looking to buy might now have some idea.  That is, if you know where to
look . . . ?
