I'm sure that you will all be glad to hear that as of today I am following
the debate about Lineland with great intrest. Unfortunately, because of the
volume of the messages, I will not be able to answer each one individually,
much as I would enjoy it.

I did think that you might perhaps like to see in its entirety the message
containing the "gratuitous rantings about spit and dribbling" (Copyright ©
Bruce Applebaum. All rights reserved) that I poured forth on Bruce after
being sent a copy of a 773-page message he wrote to Dale L. Larson
complaining at length about his copyright, the rights of man, human dignity
and unfairness in general. The item below was in response to Dale's asking
me what exactly Bruce was complaining about, as he couldn't find him in
Lineland or Pynchon-L Archive.
