Lock the bastard out

     It would reduce the overall paranoia and annoyance quotient of the 
     list.  Further, the members of the list need an occasional target for 
     venting of angst.  
     
     Here's an example:
     
     Jules' next book will be a compilation of letters by Isaac Asimov 
     (good thing both Dr A. and his brother -- who already published such a 
     complilation -- are dead and can't complain about the obvious 
     misappropriation -- "fair use").  
     
     The title will also be adapted from Asimov:  "I, Goniff."

Can anyone come up with a good reason for not locking Jules Seigel out of 
this list permanently (and immediately)?
