Jules:

Personally, as stated before, I really don't have a problem with any of
this. But to be fair:

>I haven't in any way hurt anyone by
>quoting from his or her postings, almost all of which are related very
>directly to statements I made or are attacks on me or defenses.

>I do think that it borders on the unethical to criticize something you
>haven't read.

Both of these are asumptions not facts, although you only choose to recognize
the latter statement. You don't know that you haven't hurt anybody precisely
because no one has read the book yet. You are right about one thing: the only
way for either of these to be true is for all of us to have read the book. We
were never given that option which makes you look like the bad guy. I realize
that might not have been possible but that's the price you pay for being
ambitious.

>I think it would be better for everyone to look at the book
>before making these unfair charges.

I agree and even if I look like a dick in the book, I personally wouldn't
give a shit. But there are some thin-skinned p-listers who aren't like me. If
they feel that they do come out looking bad, it's too late: it's a book and
it's out there.
