Hello, a newcomer chiming in here. I'm taking on the unenviable task on
reading V. and GR semi-simultaneously. (I read one until I'm thoroughly
befuddled, then switch to the other. I love them both, BTW.) Did Lot 49
first, and fell in love. Of course, as a relationship grows, oftentimes
it gets more difficult before it becomes more rewarding, and that's fine
by me.
I really don't have much to add at this moment except that I've been
following the threads for a week or two now and plan to for several more
weeks before trying to hop into the conversation. What I WOULD like to
say, however, is that Malcolm is engaging in frightfully bad nettiquette
by storming onto a list and not only presuming to tell the participants
what they should be talking about, but also insulting them without
provocation while doing so.
Mr. Lawrence, why don't you just chill out and listen for a bit, or even
better, if you want to discuss Tom, why don't you just go ahead and do it
instead of hurling insults and demands?
Just my too sense.
