The current New York Observer (4/28/97) includes Adam Begley's review and
Ron Rosenbaum's somewhat anachronistic look at the Wanda Tinasky book
(spiced up with some sniping at the Henry Holt Publicity Department).

The current Nation (5/12/97) is a Spring Books issue with John Leonard's
review tucked away in the back.  A warning:  it's chock-full of spoiler
material, from the very first paragraph.  

Finally saw Fearless Vampire Killers and thought it tres Pynchonesque,
