Absolutely. Just like Coliseum books having sold 15+ copies by 9:45
this morning (including the four to the NYPL co-conspirators who
humoured my attempt at sleeping in) is typical.
Seriously, with a 175K first printing, the book is almost certainly
going to be no worse than #3 on the NYT/PW Bestseller List(s) next
week. Scary thought, that.

I just picked up That Book at 10:30 AM at the Harvard Bookstore
.....second to last copy left! Although I guess they put them out
yesterday...the woman who sold it to me (no klueless klerk, she!) said
that they'd been "melting away" since they put them out......
The People's Republic of Cambridge is a realistic indicator for the rest
of America, right?
