Dear friends,

Boy have I got some lousy news. According to this morning's LA Times, Brian
Stonehill "died last week in an automobile crash." That's all I know. They
mention it on the op-ed page under his latest commentary. Does anybody else
know more? And can we all, loudly and without our usual dissension, just tell
death in no uncertain terms to fuck off?
