Poison sugar

I just started a new diet which is extremelty popular in New Orleans right
now. The CEO of a local company wrote a book with three local doctors
called Sugar Busters. This is also a pretty scary book about the effects of
refined sugar in our foods. There's even some hints at conspiracy by large
food manufacturers to keep us sugared up. 

Basically you eat lots of protein and no sugar. Lots of red meat. (Sorry
vegans)
