As long as we're on this subject, can anyone tell me if they still do pot

hit a point where the pot just made me paranoid as hell and turned me
into
a zombie. I once saw George Carlin mention that marijuana was a "young
person's drug" and that you sort of outgrow it. Is this true?
Sadly, I have to agree. The initial years were wonderful, I can't
believe this stuff (first song I ever heard altered was "Yer
Blues"--never forget it), I worshiped the shit. Now, (after ten years
and lot other kinds of experimentation under my belt), I either get the
hee-bee jeebees, or some sort of sullen, dull ecstasy, which only comes
about from fighting off the paranoia. I find the calming effect of a few
glasses of wine or beer, occasional shots of bourbon (Jack Daniels or Old
Grandad), rather satisfying. (not all at the same time of course).
