Great Jones Street

One of the best chapters in literature about NYC is the last chapter of 
Great Jones Street.  Not sure Steely the Delillo quote you posted is from 
this chapter.  So much of DD's writing seems to revolve around this great 
Gehenna of a place.  Now off to Ratner's Star....
