Mr. Sweet--checked out your home page, great work but do you know why 
Vollman is publishing his Seven Dreams series out of order?  I've read 
Fathers and Crows and will start The Rifles soon, based upon a visit to 
the museum of Inuit artifacts in Traverse City, Michigan (no Inuits 
around TC--Go figure).
