No, wait a minute--

        The man has a point.  The sex stuff in _GR_ works, at least in part,
by playing on/with our (male) capacity to be aroused by them.  I think that
if we are going to talk about _GR_, we have to be willing to deal with
disgusting stuff, enjoying sick things... so for this reason I think we
should perhaps be a bit more receptive (if critical) about Henry M.'s post.
